Affiliate disclosure

Essens is an advertising site. Every "Claim" button on it is a paid tracking link, and we are told about it in the same breath as the offer rather than in a footnote.

The arrangement, plainly

Mangrove Partners IM LLC, trading as Essens, has affiliate agreements with the casino operators listed on this site. When you click through and register an account — and, with some programmes, when you go on to deposit — the operator pays us a commission. The amount varies by operator and by programme and can be a share of revenue, a fixed sum per account, or both.

This costs you nothing. Your bonus is not smaller, your terms are not different and your account is not treated differently for having come through us.

What it does not buy

Position. The order of the list on our offers page follows the criteria we publish there — the wagering requirement first, then what the bonus can be played on, then caps on withdrawal, then whether we could verify the terms ourselves. An operator paying more does not move up, and where an operator’s terms are unfavourable we print them anyway. One of the three currently on the list carries a note saying we could not read its terms off its own live page. That note is the point of this policy.

How the links are marked

  • Every outbound offer link carries rel="sponsored nofollow".
  • Offer links open in a new tab so you keep the comparison behind you.
  • Each one sits under a "21+. New players only. T&Cs apply. Advertising link." line.
  • A disclosure strip runs across the top of every page on the site.

This is what the US Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidance asks of a site like this one: the material connection disclosed clearly, close to the recommendation, before the click rather than after it.

What the operator learns about you

The tracking link tells the operator which affiliate sent you, using an identifier in the URL. It does not carry your name, your email or anything you typed on this site — we do not ask you for any of that. What happens after you land on the operator’s site is governed by that operator’s privacy policy, not ours. Ours is here.

Independence and corrections

We would rather be trusted than clicked. If a figure on this site is out of date or wrong, write to info@essens.click and we will check it against the operator’s page and correct or remove it. If an operator’s terms become materially worse, it comes off the list — the commission is not worth the readership.
