Privacy policy
Essens is a set of static pages operated by Mangrove Partners IM LLC. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no advertising trackers on it, so this policy is short — and it describes this site, not a template.

Who is responsible
Mangrove Partners IM LLC, trading as Essens (essens.click), is the controller of the limited personal data described below. Contact: info@essens.click.
What we collect
- Server request logs. Our hosting provider records the IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser user-agent string for every request, as any web server does. We use these only to keep the site up and to see which pages are read.
- Your age confirmation. When you answer the 21+ question we store a single value in your browser’s local storage so the question is not asked again. It is a flag, not an identifier, it never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
- Anything you email us. If you write to info@essens.click we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
What we do not collect
We have no user accounts, no newsletter, no comment section, no contact form and no payment of any kind — we never ask for a name, a card number or a date of birth. We run no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags and no third-party analytics, and we do not set cookies of our own. We do not buy, sell or rent data about you, and we never knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
When you click a Claim link
Our offer links go to an affiliate tracking network which records the click, along with your IP address and browser details, so the operator knows the referral came from us. That identifier says which site sent you — it carries nothing you typed here, because you type nothing here. From the moment you land on an operator’s page, that operator’s privacy policy governs, and it is a different document from this one. Read it before you register.
How long we keep things
Server logs are retained by our host for up to 30 days and then discarded. Email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. The age flag stays on your device until you clear it.
Your rights
Write to info@essens.click and you can ask us for a copy of anything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. In practice that will almost always be an email thread and nothing else. We answer within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and never have.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. There is no database behind it and no account data to breach, which is the strongest security guarantee any site can offer: we cannot lose what we never asked for.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be summarised here rather than folded in silently.
